when will i receive my order?

4 - 10 working days (exc. Sat, Sun and public holidays). We will ship out your order within 1 - 3 working days, and courier delivery is estimated to further take another 3 - 7 days. Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances will be notified via email.

Can you provide an exact delivery date?

Unfortunately, we can only give you an estimated delivery time based on historical information provided by our courier partners.

When will i receive the tracking number?

When your order is shipped out from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Do i need to sign upon delivery for standard shipping delivery? 

A signature is required upon arrival so to make sure it is delivered.

The tracking status is "delivered", but i have not received, what should i do?

First, check with your concierge or reception in case the parcel has been delivered to them. Still no luck? Email us at info@artifati.com with your tracking number and order number and we’ll sort it out.

How much is the shipping fee?

MYR6.50 flat fee per order to West Malaysia.

MYR14.00 flat fee per order to East Malaysia.

Free shipping for order MYR100 and above.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free for order MYR100 and above.

Do you ship to other country besides Malaysia?

Customers from other country can email us directly at info@artifati.com, let us check if we are able to ship to your country.

What do i do if i change my mind and want to return my purchase?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We will charge a flat fee of MYR15. to process each return request and this fee will be deducted from the total refund value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How much will be refunded for my change of mind return?

Return fee = MYR15 per order

Total refund = item price paid - discount applied - MYR15

For example, Lion bought 5 prints at MYR10.90 each in one order, item price paid (MYR10.90 x 5) + delivery fee (MYR5.00) = total amount paid (MYR59.50)

Lion returned 4 prints.

Total refund = item price paid (MYR10.90 x 4) - discount applied (MYR0) - return fee (MYR15)

Total refund = MYR28.60

Note: There will be no refund for problem orders as we will resend a new item to you.

Why do you charge MYR15 for change of mind return?

There are costs for us to collect the item/s from you and process your refund. These costs are not included in our pricing in order to keep our price honest.

What do i do if i receive an item that is defective or not what I have ordered?

We try our best to ensure our products are of a high quality, and that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse. 

However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, please inform us via email, live chat or WhatsApp. Include the following information and we will let you know what happens next:
